On 21 May 2026, we were pleased to host our first tenant forum of the year, brought together with Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea in support of the Cancer Council. It was a lovely opportunity for tenants to come along, share a cuppa, and enjoy a relaxed and friendly morning at the Alliance Housing office.
The event helped raise both funds and awareness for the Cancer Council, a cause that supports individuals and families affected by cancer across Australia. We are truly grateful for everyone’s kindness, generosity, and involvement, which helped make the morning such a meaningful success.
The atmosphere throughout the morning was warm, welcoming, and full of conversation. Neighbours took the time to catch up and share stories. It was especially nice to see both familiar faces and new attendees feeling at ease and joining in. To add a bit of extra joy to the morning, we played a range of simple games and activities, including Uno, Connect Four, and Bingo. These brought plenty of smiles, laughter, and friendly competition.
We were very pleased to see such a strong turnout and we look forward to seeing everyone again at the next one.
